Canada Shipping Rates
Shipping rates start at $15 flat rate for Canadian orders.
Unfortunately, The Date Palm cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping Customs and Duties
Please note our shipping costs do not include any customs, duties, fees that may be charged at the port of entry in your country. Such responsibilities are on the buyer.
Processing and Delivery Time
All orders take 2-5 business days to process orders. If there are any delays, you will be notified.
All US orders are shipped out once per week.
Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of orders sent out within Canada, US and the UK.
Please allow at least 14-21 days for orders from other countries to reach you.

Pick up at THE DATE PALM in Markham, ON, Canada during regular business hours is always free. Simply select "PICK UP AT STORE" upon check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up, usually by the next business day.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We accept online exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving the package. Final sale on all consumables, hijabs and health & beauty products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us before mailing products back at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any taxes charged will be refunded as store credit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees apply. Returns for store credit are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.
Final sale on all consumables, beauty products, hijabs, jewelry, custom products and sale items.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of store credit for the cost of the product plus taxes. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped correct item(s).
Exchanges and Cancellations
Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. Please follow the steps listed under returns and then log back onto our website to purchase items under a new transaction.
To cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.
